On the invitation itself the address should read: 570 62nd Avenue North, Town, State (no zip)
When addressing the envelops words such as North, South, Street, Boulevard, and Avenue should be spelled. Titles such as Dr., Mr., Mrs., Ms., and Rev. are abbreviated. States should be written too such as Washington not WA.
Writing out the full names of directions (north, south, etc), streets (Street, Avenue, etc.) and state will not cause your invitations to arrive any later than normal. Mail is sorted by zip code before it's sorted by address. Postal workers are very accustomed to seeing the full words written out.

Address is not necessary if you're having a separate map and directions card.
If you're not having one, then "570 Sixty-Second Avenue North" is correct. Do not include the zip code on the invitation.

570 62nd Ave N is fine -- most mail services in the western world use character recognition technology for processing mail, so if you spell out the numbers in the address it will take much longer for your invitations to reach your guests -- if indeed at all!
Good luck though, and all the best for your wedding!
