The only reference to Jesus that I will accept is from the Holy Bible. . . the infallible Word of God.

There is no such reference in the Qur'an about Jesus drinking wine or the last supper. However, in Islam, we believe wine may have been a lawful drink (in moderation) for previous nations, but God made in unlawful for Muslims. He said that with the arrival of Islam, somethings that were lawful are now unlawful and somethings that were unlawful are now lawful.

[3.93] All food was lawful to the children of Israel except that which Israel had forbidden to himself, before the Taurat was revealed. Say: Bring then the Taurat and read it, if you are truthful.

I don't believe the last supper is depicted anywhere in the Quran. It wouldn't make much sense for the Quran to record it, anyway, given that the last supper symbolically depicts Jesus' sacrifice of his own flesh and blood on the cross for the sins of the world -- a sacrifice which the Quran denies ever happened.
