I think that sometimes nice guys finish last. For some strange reason in talking with other females, some rather have the guys that treat them like crap and kick their *** (that's the ones that they are in love with) but yet if a GOOD guy comes along and treats them with respect, they (the women) will ignore them, but yet cry and say "There are no good men around." When they just kick one of the good ones in the balls! I'm not bashing women, it's just my opinion.

Depends on the situation...and how you handle it. I personally consider myself a "Nice Guy", and as a result i have befriended almost everyone i know. In contrast, some of those have been women that I am interested in, and it seems that they dont feel anything more than friendship toward me. But if the situation is in fact handled correctly, you can turn what seems to be a negative, only being a friend, into a positive, being a really good friend and having her tell her friends all about you. Just remember that life wont hand you a girl on a silver platter. you have to work in order to make a girl see who you really are inside.
My outlook on life is this:
1. Have patience. When you begin to rush something, things can turn from good to really bad in a blink of an eye.
2. Be yourself. The minute that you try to change for someone else, you lose sight of who you are and what you stand for.
3. Be confident. I found that a lot of other "nice guys" have confidence issues. Take risks, ask questions, don't be afraid to tell a girl you like her. the worst that will happen is that you get rejected, and might possibly lose a friend.
4. Dont worry about the little things. I have found through personal experience that overthinking a situation can cause it to become blown out of proportion. Worrying about what exactly she said and what it means will only bring you down, unless it was something positive.
5. Be positive. People naturally are detered by negativity I have found. When you smile, crack jokes, and give compliments people are more likely to like you better, and as a result will think more positively about who you are.
I am not saying that you have to follow these things, but I am giving them out as a suggestion. These are all things that I have learned in recent years that have greatly helped pull me away from negative thinking and allowed me to create new social avenues that I would have not normally created. I hope that these will help you with your question.

No, I don't think nice guys finish last. It's just that some girls make wrong decisions; they end up getting hurt. I think there are more jerks than nice guys.

Unfortunately, yes. I used to date only the "bad-boys", till I got tired of getting used...now I'm into the nice guys. Wish I would've figured it out sooner. They really are wonderful!

Yep-per nice guys usually do, no excitement for the girls, and they like excitement, that's what they always tell me.

I am a pretty nice guy but man am I a loser
people find it easy to s hit on me till I start getting mad then they back off
but its too late cause I dont get mad easy
