We've been going out for almost a year, however things have cooled off a lot over the past few months. It now seems like were just friends, and I almost get the feeling that she doens't like me anymore. However I'm not sure, but I do know that I met someone at work and I'm interested in her. I think she may be interested in me too, but I'm not sure what I should do...help?

I think you should talk to your girlfriend about your feelings and how you think things have been going between you.
If it is as you think it is, the break-up may be mutual. If not, then tell her that maybe you should have a break for a while, and then see if things go any better after the break.
