Our family are so ugly we only put the negatives in the photo album but now our boy's bought a digital camera. Any buffs know how to turn digital pix into negatives for our album?

Nobody is ugly, maybe not too goodlooking that's all. Photographs
do lie, what you see is not what it is. Most old fashion photo studio can retouch not so flattering portrait to look like beautiful people.
Please don't ever say your family is ugly and continue this unhealthy tradition of keeping 'negatives' instead of photo. For digital photos, it is easier to retouch with the 'PHOTOSHOP' software. Look at all the magazine covers and you will notice the perfect skins and texture of the models. Do you believe they are for real ? I promise you they don't look half as good in person. I know because I am a commercial photographer for more than 20 years.

Do you see where new technology has got you? You should sell the digital camera and spend the money on rolls of film, then you can have your negatives just like in the good old days!

You can't turn digital into film unless you take pictures of the digital photos with a film camera and develop the film. Good luck with that on.

If your camera won't do it, most photoshop style programs have an effects tool which will turn the positive into a negative.

If your camera supports it (Most Sony cameras do), open your camera's menu in camera mode, select Picture Effects, and select Negative Art (Or Neg Art)
