i do weights, crunches, 6sec abs lots in a day, am i doing maybe too much

surgery
if it was jusy fat.. you could of excersize it off.. but since its skin,, the only solution is surgery

It depends how much loose skin if it's a bunch go get surgery if it's little cut it off with a knife.

I'd stop drinking the six packs. That's what's giving you the loose skin.

OK...I'm packin around a Keg..and I got no loose skin...so I'm thinkin all you need is to drink more beer!!!!! TA DA!

use it as a handle to carry the 6-pack .lol. try liposuction, exercise will not remove skin since it is not fat.
