By asking this question without throwing in some gratuitous insult to others' religious beliefs, you have shown that you are well down the path to achieving what you have asked for. This is a relatively rare quality for a religious question here, and you have demonstrated that you have a far more adult attitude about this than do most folks. My sincere congratulations.

Healthy Christian lifestyle? Being a christian is no diffence then any other religion. Out of all the religion I know about the christian have more freedom. What part of the christisan life style you talking about? What faith in the christian religion do you belive in? Christian come in all size, color, and shapes.

One thing you have to remember, the people around Jesus didn't have the christian mind and they was with him. The father made us in his own image. The likeness, the mind and all things over the earth. It take people a life time to get to know the teaching of God. God had to send Jesus to show us how to have the christian lifestyle. We all fall shurt of the glory of God. It don't mean that you will not get to heaven! It mean you will fall down, its not how many times you fall down its how many times you get back up.

You are trying to get the Christian mind. Stop trying to get it you already have it. If God created you in his own image don't you know that he gave you all the tools you need to live the lifestyle. God aways give you a chance to do his will. The first thing come to your mind when you are going to do something then you change it by yourself or let someone talk you out of it. Then you say you should have fallow your first mind. Some time he send someone to help you because you keep having problems making your mind up.

Read your bible and fine a chapter that you can relate to, you can read it a thusand times and alway fine something new even when you read it a thusand times because you grow ever time you read it.

When I'm down and life have knox me down I turn to Job and start reading then I can see clearly my problem and it pick me back up.

When you get the Christian mind, then you will have the Christian Lifestyle.

Most of my friends are antichrist, or some other religion. It help me more to know what I'm made of, I have the christian mind but each day I grow to another stage. Its an never ending story. Live you life and the christian lifestyle will come to you. If you ask the question then you have grown to another area of your life.

When I get some more time I will write more about this subject.

There are many kinds of "lifestyles' but as long as you're in the guidelines of the Holy Bible, you should be healthy and happy.

Healthy happy Christians hang around other happy, healthy Christians and surround themselves with happy healthy Christian music, literature, movies, and teachings.

If you think positive thoughts, you can't help but be a blessing around others and your little "light" will shine
because your joy is contagious.

Just remember that God's Word is the guideline to God's way of viewing a happy and healthy Christian lifestyle.

Don't let other "liberal-minded Christians" tell you that
you can do things outside the guidelines of God's Word and STILL be a "happy, healthy Christian."

You might still be happy and healthy...but to include "Christian" is to be Christ-like.

Two of my favorite verses: "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all things will be added to you". And, "He that seeks to keep his life shall lose it, but he that loses his life for my sake will find it".

I believe true health comes from being devoted to living each day exploring what God would have us be, do, think, say. Also, to take care of one's body so you can be strong, alert and lend a hand to others when it's needed.

To be a doer of the word, not a hearer only. To talk less, listen more, be compassionate, kind, merciful, forgiving. And also to laugh! Jesus came to bring us life, and that more abundantly. A cheerful heart, one who knows the true joy of being a child of the King....that also helps us live each day well.

Blessings to you for such an interesting question! And may His hand be on you, always.

Follow whats in the Bible and dont do anything else

Health is a term that refers to a combination of the absence of illness, the ability to cope with everyday activities, physical fitness, and high quality of life. In any organism, health can be said to be a "state of balance," or analogous to homeostasis, and it also implies good prospects for continued survival. Wellness is a term sometimes used to describe the psychological state of being healthy, but is most often used in the field of alternative medicine to describe one's state of being.

Love God with all your heart, mind, and soul, that is to endure evil for the love of Christ, for James1:12 state that he who endures temptation to the end will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him and you must love your brother or care for them.
