Well if it's mineral water bought from a shop that it's date hasn't' expired there should be no reason to be allergic to it because humans normally aren't allergic to plastic or mineral water.
If it's expired there just might be germs starting to grow in the standing water in the bottle especially if the bottle was exposed to allot of sunlight.
the second thing is the water if it's tap water there might be some germs in that can effect sensitive humans the germs can be killed by easily boiling the water for a few minutes or bye using filters that can kill germs.
the last thing about the water especially if it's tap water is the chlorine that is put in the water to sterilize it from germs that can effect people that are sensitive to it.
chlorine is the same chemical used in pools that make your eyes burn.
another thing that might be the problem is the bottle that might be old and germs and bacteria might be growing in side it.
or the mineral water you are using has high mineral content that you might be sensitive to but not likely because they are vital for every human being but the company's making the water might be putting in the artificial sweeteners (not glucose) that you might be allergic to.
But for your question No a normal Human can't be allergic to a bottled mineral water with no added chemicals.
Hope I helped

How can one be allergic to bottled water? No way, if he is then he should go up towards moutains to drink the water, I think, that's the only way to be allergic free from water.

is it a bottle PURE water or a spring water many of the spring waters have high mineral content in them you might be allergic to that (although very few people are allergic to minerals) you might also be allergic to the plastic.

If it's the flavored water you might be allergic to the artificial sweeteners in it (aspartame, sucralose and saccarin). Lot's of people get headaches or stomach problems from them.

Another speculation might be mineral content? I could see how one could be sensitive to imported mineral/bottled water attributing this to the springs, but otherwise not really.
