How can anyone here know? If you received your H1-B visa at a US embassy or consulate overseas, you are still doing the same job for the same organization, and you have not gotten to the end of the maximum period of time allowed - and you have the correct documentation - of course you'll get your H1-B renewed.

To the prior responder: INA section 214b does not apply to H1-B visas; the applicants do not have to prove that they are not intending immigrants.

Your absolute best chance of being issued another visa is to return to China before the expiration of your current visa. There is no guarantee that you will be given another visa, but your chances increase each time you prove that you are not requesting a visa because you plan to immigrate illegally.

Stay out of our country until you're willing to pressure North Korea to dismantle its long-range missile program. You're not welcome here.
