I love them all the mentioned ways....Ever tried to fry them?
Cut them like french fries or in thin, potato chip-like strips and fry in peanut oil, sprinkle sugar and honey when they come out of the oil.....yum.....Or season as you would fries, with salt and pepper or a seasoning salt!!!

yes but i like the candied yams better but regular sweet potatoes are ok they are good

heck yes! covered in oil and baked for 20mins. thake them out remove the skins and add brown sugar, heavy cream, and butter. whip them up and u have a wonderful side dish we call "sweet mashers"

yes my two favorite ways are:
mexican style, with black beans,corn, salsa and sour cream on top.
And
thanksgiving style baked in the oven with butter, brown sugar and marshmallows
