I would talk with your Doctor first of all. It's not normal to feel tired all of the time. You could be anemic.

First of all go to bed early. Stay away from ALL forms of sugar and watch your carbs. The sugar and carbs will give a lift but then drop you like a rock later on this makes you feel tired all the time. Start out slowly then work your way up. But most importantly watch your sugar and carb intake. Also go see a doctor in case it's something more serious if those don't work

-Work out in the morning!
If that's too hard (and let's face it, it's hard!) then at least try to find a gym either close to work or home.
-Join a gym. Working out at home is never as good - too many diversions and excuses. The atmosphere in a gym seems to be more motivating - especially when you see attractive members of the opposite sex (or same - depending on your preference).
-Get a workout partner. Best way to stay motivated and get in great shape.
-"Carb up" a it before you hit the gym - fruit juice or such. Gives you a little more energy.
Otherwise, join the club: Working out after a hard day is tough. Once you get there and get started, your energy level should pick up.

i feel that way also..but i realized that (when i was being diligent), i actually had MORE energy when i started getting into working out everyday. i could stay up later, and i would have more energy all day at work, etc. start slowly, perhaps walking 30 min to 45 at a track or outside around ur house, eventually working up to jogging? or u could to 30 min at a gym, on an elliptical machine (u can burn major calories on that thing). or u could do pilates at home, that's AWESOME for ur body. makes u lean...its hard at first but after u get used to it really streamlines ur body.
eat healthy, add in veggies and fruits w/ ur regular foods. good luck!

I have no idea, but when you find out could you let me know?
Supposedly if you work out you have more energy. I guess it's just getting the energy to start working out that's hard.
