No, you would not be correct. We are the authors of our own experience, via God's gift of free will and hence, the universal law of attraction.
The universal law of attraction maintains that the vibrations we emit into the world via our conscious or unconscious beliefs, thoughts, emotions, words (written and verbal) and actions, and whether they are positive or negative, love-based or fear-based, lead to the events that we experience in return, in one form or another.
These vibrations occur singly, by individuals and collectively, by societies and cultures.
It was humanity's collective vibrations of fear and hatred that led to the flooding of the earth, and to all disasters, natural or unnatural, including war and terrorism.

The flood is a story shared by almost all religions and cultures from around the world from China to Ancient Greece, from the Babylonians to the Aztecs. The story itself is very similar with a single large boat saving some people while others drowned. Chances are there was a historical event which is the ancestor of these stories.

Ur assuming that they were innocents... they were not. If u read the Bible (which u should before asking questions like this) ull see that they were evil murderers, and that Gave them a lot of time to change, in which they didnt. And to show that God is good, he only killed the evil ppl, and saved the good ones (Noah and his family).

It never happened. They can't prove that the world really was flooded. And if it was then it was really murder. And if he did give them 120 years of notice then who is to say that the world was still evil. Why wouldn't he have just flooded the areas where the people were evil instead of flooding then entire planet. There had to be lots of good people killed.

BLIND FAITH???!!!! What is THAT??? Faith is trust. Faith is the place where evidence leads. No one believes blindly. God speaks to the heart and the mind reasons that this is evidence of God. He speaks to us in creation as well.
The fool hath said in his heart "there is no God"
The Gospel is foolishness to those who are PERISHING.
You don't even see the irony behind your presupposition which gives you inspiration to judge others.
Tell me where it is you dragged the rules to live by? Where did you get your idea of what is right and what is wrong?
Don't tell me you actually have some sort of moral law with which to make your judgments on me for my beliefs. Who gave you that law ? Some giver of moral law? Who would that be?
Yourself??? If that is true then we all have no right or wrong choices only that which gratifies the moment towards self aggrandizement....Save yourself ...if you think you can...get off your high moral horse and tell me what standard and from whence does it come that you with your BLIND FAITH that tells you there is no God can rail against the saints of All Mighty God.
Who is it whose faith is truly blind? Mmmmm?

But they weren't innocent.. nobody but Noah and his family had any regard for God. Everyone else were warned multitudes of times but since they would not listen, God had to destroy them.
"Genesis chapter 6 gives four reasons why God sent the Flood:
'The wickedness of man was great in the earth' (v. 5).
'Every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually' (v. 5).
'The earth was filled with violence' (v. 11).
'The earth...was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth' (v. 12). (All the people on earth had corrupted their way.)
The historical biblical record states, 'And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt' (Genesis 6:12). "

What ever the current population of the earth was, yes. Noah and his family lived and others could have but didn't believe Noah.God saw that the people were wicked and the people unrepentant, so He caused the flood. God created them and He could destroy them.

God killed millions of guilty. It was the biggest mass execution in the history of earth until this time..
Below is what you call INNOCENT?? Your idea of innocent is very warped.
Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Gen 6:7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast,
This is the future below:
Rev 6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

If you read why He did that then you wouldn't see it as killing innocent people. The wicked hearted meaning they were raping, bashing, rioting, robbing, bullying, anything that would harm a person to each other. Also if you read into the niphilims sp? that were manifestations of angelic and human form, that was not God's intention for mankind.

What part of "In the day you eat thereof ye shall surely die" do you not understand?
Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.
Two things I know for sure:
A. There is a God.
B. You're not Him.
Therefore, you and I may never know why God does what he does.
