All are good and appealing to me ! People all have different likings . Potatoes can be cooked in many ways , but i think no matter how you cook it , it's simply delicious !

Depends on the meal....if I'm eating a steak, I like baked potatoes, but if I'm eating chicken or something else, I go for the mashed.

I love potatoes any way they're fixed.
My favorite is mashed potatoes with gravy. When I was a little kid (4 or 5) and my parents took me along with them to a restaurant for dinner, I would ask for mashed potatoes and gravy for dessert. Guess I shocked a lot of waitresses. Yeah, I know, I was a weird kid.

twice baked mashed potatoes.
take reg idaho potates and coat with crisco and kosher salt, poke holes with fork and bake uncovered for 1hr.
cut up the potatoes and mash. add butter, sour cream, fresh chives, real cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and little milk. put in casserole dish and cover with more cheese. bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly. yum yum

Cold cut open (well pulled apart) salt and pepper
hot with onion gravy
