I prefer roasted chicken as you can make dinner, have sandwich fixings for tomorrow's lunch and put the carcass in with bay leaf, celery, carrots and onions for a tasty chicken broth you can use right away or freeze for later.
No wonder they claim that something new/strange tastes like chicken... because it's so versatile and can go with anything.
