The sweetest Champagne is labelled as 'Doux' - but Martini & Rossi do not make Champagne so I think maybe you are talking sparkling wines.
Sparklingwines can be made sweet or dry. Someone mentions Prosecco -- its fine drink (and one that I had for lunch every day for two weeks in in Italy a coupe of weeks ago ) but it isn't sweet unless it says so.
Asti is generally sweet -- avoid bottles which have the word 'Brut' on them as they'll be made dry. Suggest you read the back labels to look for ones that say they are sweet

Not sure about the brand you listed but Torciano Fragolino is exceptional as a sweet champagne! It's imported from France and isn't too pricey...$14.99 a bottle. Search it by brand on the website below for US shipping. It's WELL worth it.

oddly enough, any type of champage called "extra dry" is relatively sweet. If you really don't like bitter at all, get a sparkling pink/rose wine. Martini & Rossie is just a brand name, like Mumms or Andre. They all make several varieties, of which you want the extra dry.

Martini & Rossi carries my favorite: Asti Spumanti. :) Just the right amount of sweet and not too dry.

Champagne's sugar content varies. The sweetest level is doux (meaning sweet), proceeding in order of increasing dryness to demi-sec (half-dry), sec (dry), extra sec (extra dry), brut (almost completely dry), and extra brut / brut nature / brut zero (no additional sugar, sometimes ferociously dry).

asti spumante and prosecco are sweeter sparkling wine (it can only be called champagne when it is from said region in France) or try a cremant, they are pretty fruity and on the sweeter side.
