Is it fair to let the daughter bring a child to term just because its not the childs fault? What about the daughter? Do you not spare a thought for her? You have it in one its not the childs fault, so is it fair to have the child and risk deformaties as that is what generally happens when the same gene pool is mixed? deformaties that is going to cause this child a life long struggle with not only society but with the cost of medical bills etc..
Is it fair to ask a child to bring another child to term that is fathered by her father or any person who she did not consente too? no that is not fair!
When an abortion is done, it is not a baby.. it is a foetus!

Much worse than that happens every day in this country. The ultimate innocent in all of this is the unborn LIFE... And it is a life. From the instant of conception. It is a unique person. Every thing that person is going to be is already there at that instant...
For your information the myths about inbreeding, as it would aply to your not so far out example are very minimal if any... only after a couple of generations would there start to be a concern... This is medicaly proven.
The unborn is the one who has to be defended by society... and the Daughter in your story should be given proper counceling as well as the father... there would be more trauma from the assault and threat of death that from the act forced upon them if they had propper and compasionate councel...
your story dose not even come close to being a justification for murdering the inocent life... There needs to be compassion for
ALL three of the victims in that story and so many very like it that happen every day.
No proper "church" of the Christian Faith would condem any but the criminals in this story... The family tramatised would be given nothing but comfort and compassion.... and the new life would be honoured..... That is the way of The True Christian Faith

honestly, it would turn into an emotional decision which we as human have a hard time making. the peoblem with you people who support abortion is that the only argument you can come up with is this off the wall scenario that when compared to everything else rarely happens. my question is this are you simply trying to extract some sort of simpithy "you are right" plea from pro-lifers. well then im sorry to dissapoint you. it is written in the Bible that the child should not suffer from the sins of the father, regardless of who that father may be. The only time i would aggree with abortion is if the birth would endanger the life of the mother or if the child would be extreemly deformed with no hope of ever living a half-way normal life. i do not believe in abortion for the reason of simply not wanting it or not wanting it for moral reasons. true it would be emotionally painful for the daughter to carry the child but morally she should. the father should be put into jail for the rest of his life and be castrated.
the unborn child is still afforded all rights to life and the pursuit of happiness regardless of how it was concieved.

yup...
If you report it to the police, then your church will know what happened and know that the father was forced to do such things to his daughter.
Also, under those extreme stressful situations, more than likely, the daughter couldn't get pregnant. If a woman is under too much stress, her body won't allow her to get pregnant. Also, there's a good chance for a natural abortion (aka miscarriage) because of the incest. When the DNA is too similar, the baby has a less chance of survival.
All you got ot do is carry it to term then give it up for adoption.

Why not have it aliens come from another planet. Why do you want to justify the murder of 50 MILLION babies by some invented story that has never happened. If you could justify 1000 abortions for some reason, but what about 50 MILLION.. Don't try and hide your sin. You reach to the absurd to justify the murder of millions. Do you really think that this will pass before the GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT???
Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

First It Is not Incest because the man was forced to have sex with his daughter and not of his will and It Is not Inbreeding because the man again was forced Into haveing sex with his daughter.
If the daughter Is an honest girl she would say the truth and the bible says to know the truth and the truth shall make you free
The people that forced this situation would be In the hands of God and I would be worried about them
Terrible thing to be In the Hands of an angry God ,I would suugest that you read your Bible and see those that opposed God and hurt his children

I would rather die than have sex with daughter, or be thrown out of the church than not tell the police, but I would have the daughter carry to term, you said it your self, the baby is a living organism, and if you have an abortion, you are killing a living organism, that's murder, the organism is living, it eats, and sleeps, and moves. If you have an abortion, you are killing your future, the children are the future you know.

It is a hard example, but the absolute that we are talking about is taking someone life, and incredibly damaging the other. I am thinking about the child who is carry the child. An abortion would cause an additional pain, to that which she already has. If you truly want to know what is extreme, check out the pain carried by millions of silent women, who have no one to sympathesize, no one to share, and no one to help them deal with their grief. You're example is hypothetical, mine is actual.

This is why the second amendment is so important.
A single 45 caliber round delivered via a lazer sight to the cranium just behind the left ear of the men who break into your house and . . . issue resolved!
As far as abortion - right or wrong - perhaps we should discuss adultery - right or wrong. Whaddya think??

I'm glad I don't have a daughter... and I'm not "dad". BUT, no, I would not make her carry it to term. It's a lot like what you see in the news... the uncle raping the neice and telling her he'll kill her if she tells... then she ends up pregnant.
You're absolutely right ^_^ concerning things like this, there are no absolutes. Just as there are no absolutes in "murder"... self-defense. ^_^
