Actually, I do! I try to keep some in the fridge most of the time because they just come in so handy for dishes like, tuna salad, potato salad, deviled eggs, or just by themselves.

No I usually get good buys during the spring like near Easter when you buy eighteen eggs and get another eighteen for free.
I like to hard boil eggs whenever the eggs are approaching the 30 day expiration date. Rather than throw them away they keep longer hard boiled in the fridge. Good for a quick snack with a little salt or in a sandwich with mayonnaise, mustard pickles and lettuce, or in a green salad.
I learned that you bring a pot of cold water and the eggs to a boil then cover and turn off the stove for 10 minutes and they are cooked to perfection.

Sorry, I don't have any at the moment. Actually, I have NEVER had a reason to have hard-boiled eggs sitting around in my fridge.

Yes I do. I like to chop them up and put in big salads for dinner and make deviled eggs. I don't eat them as is but my husband does.

Yep....had a dozen as of last night. Mixing 6 of those for some chicken salad sandwiches in a while!

Yeah, there good for a snack and I always have sudden cravings for tuna and egg sandwiches so it's nice to have them already made.

surprisingly i do. we usually never though.
my mom boiled some and put them in a zip-loc baggy for later.
