No, why would you ask? Have you ever eaten pasta? Does it taste like plastic? Have you ever read the ingredients on a package?
Its made with flour.

semolina, flour, olive oil, egg, H2O and a little salt. If you're fancy you can use squid ink to color the pasta black and make striped patterns. No Plastic though

i believe that pasta is made out of plastic. it is made from recycled plastic that goes through a purifier to eliminate bacteria from harming you.
