Im very thin- Im 5'1" and 100 lbs- but i wanted to start working out and toning up. But i really afraid that all the excersice might make me loss more wieght then help me gain the muscles I want- like a nicer butt. What kind of excersice should i do and should i follow a protien filled diet to help?

there is not any longer some thing incorrect with her. convinced, i'd say she's curvy. yet she is of route chuffed in her own pores and skin, and that is what concerns. also seems she has extremely a following. once upon a time, she might want to be considered ordinary, or perhaps too skinny. once upon a time having weight on you meant large wealth and such. Now, in our American society with a quickly nutrition chain on each and every nook, anorexia is what's envisioned. Sigh... this style of shame.

you can start by eatin just a lil bit more but exercising a lot too. If you want a curvier body, you should really consider lifting weights. If you want to get a big booty, do squats.
