i have the power to feel a ghosts precence and i can sometimes see them. i see other things in my dreams. what does this mean?

what you may be feeling/sensing/seeing in dreams would perhaps be spirit and not ghost which is quite different
anyone can see a ghost if it is present because ghosts are just a replay of a person/event , the type that haunt castles etc , they are nothing more than what used to be and will eventually like a video recording play out
spirit on the other hand communicate in a mind to mind link and can be felt by people sensitive enough to feel them and dreams are a very common way for spirit to appear
it does sound like you have mediumistic potential so perhaps attending a spiritualist church to enquire about development groups would be a good idea if that is what you wish to do

I have felt them.
When we moved in to our newly constructed home I kept feeling the presence of a ghost. It seems to be a small ghost, like a kid. And somehow I could also sense that it was feminine.
I would encounter this ghostly feeling about twice a day for a week. Then I learned that a neighbor had decided to not move into their new home because their newborn child died of SIDS. They couldn't see living in the home and seeing the empty room they planned for their daughter.
The next time I felt the ghost I informed the ghost where her parents had moved to. The ghost never returned again.
Interesting, eh?
Many cultures believe in ghosts. Check into Thai (Thailand) spirit houses. They are located throughout the country to assist ghosts in finding suitable homes.

yes... I try actually not to believe it but I've seen and experienced things in my life that just defy reason but still exist. Many times both on a Military Base and in the first home I grew up in... I've felt someone climb onto my bed or sit on a sofa next to me.... Once I was laying on a flat futon mattress on the floor now you can't fall any further than onto a floor right? lol.... well I was laying on the mattress with my eyes closed but wide awake afraid to open my eyes.. I felt someone sit on the futon right next to me and I actually rolled toward that side because of the weight... and mind you the futon is already on the floor... it freaked me out.. this has happend several times in my life... but haven't experienced it again for a while..... .. really freaky. SIDE NOTE: Now how can you talk about believing in the Holy Ghost but discount that spirits including ghosts are a possibility... that's like saying we are the only living beings on this one earth and no others exist.

Ghost are simpily spirits that do not realize they are dead...if you are aware of them YOu can help them by telling them that they have died and to look for the light and follow it home. You will help them cross over.
As for your dreams, you need to be specific...quite often your spirit guide and people who have already crossed over communicate best through your dreams...this is because when your physical body is sleeping your ethral body (which never sleeps) has a high enough frequency to communitcate withthe other side...you probably do quite a bit of astral traveling

I don't believe it is called power. I think it is an open mind. I have seen ghosts and I know they are real. I also dream things and then they happen later. It is not that unusual. If people close their minds to things then they can never really experience them, thus why they call you crazy and stuff. Keep an open mind and be real.

You don't have to have special power to feel a ghosts presence. Ghosts, poltergeists, spirits - they are all the same thing. Demons. And if a demon wants you to feel him, then you will.
I used to be all messed up in that stuff. It was scary. I thought it was neat until they starting harrassing me. I dealt with it for a long time before I found God and He took care of them for me.
Only one of the many reasons I love Him desperately.

I have but only on a few separate occasions. Usually I can sense when the mal-intented ones are near. I get this horrible sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach. I experienced it another time at a witches' sabbat ritual at which they were reading off the names and descriptions of many of the people executed in the Salem Witchcraft Trials. I felt a tapping on my shoulder only to turn around and see no one there -- or anywhere near me.

Ghost per say are not real. When a person says they see a ghost it is a demonic manifestation. You don't have magical powers either you are a spiritual being wrapped in a body.

No because Ghosts (except the Holy Ghost) are not real. What you are feeling is either your own overactive imagination. Or the attempts of the Enemy of your soul to trick you into doing something stupid. I would turn to God and ask him for help.

Why would you want to seek ghost.The only ghost you need Is the Holy Ghost,and If you ask Jesus Christ to come Into your Life you can have him.My lord Jesus says that he would leave us a comforter ,the Holy Ghost and that the Holy Ghost will lead you Into all truth and understanding.
