I met this guy on an internet site and we started talking on the phone. Now we really like eachother but everyone in my family and most of my friends are shifty around him because i met him online. Is it wrong for me to like him?

thats how many cupples meet now a days
just be careful cuz sometimes those people that you meet online can turn out to be stalkers and bad people like that
but theres nothing wrong with meeting people over the internet and having a relationship with them

well, if he sends u photos and is true to his word, uve met him b4 gp for it.if u havent seen a picture of him, i wouldnt bcuz u dont know if hes some 40 yr old sitting around, on the computer in his mother's basement.he could b a perv,so y take the chance?make sure u know everything u need 2 know about him b4 u go out with him.i wouldnt want 2 hear about ur body being found in his basement on the news.just b safe.sometimes bad things happen 2 people if u date over the internet.but if u know them in real life and talk 2 them on the internet, thats different.just b safe ok?

no! If you really like him and you feal comfortable around him and that you know him well enough its absolutly fine! But you shouldnt have a long distance relationship and you should go out on dates together and not just talk on the phone or online.
Also if you have never met him before and i was ur friend i would be a little shifty too.

I dont think so if u get along and he is good to u whats the problem honestly some people thing the worst of some people makes me mad,I have meet two guys off here yeah I didnt keep around but they sure were nice.

No. Listen the stigma about meeting someone online is over. But i think if your friends really don't like your bf/gf that says something that needs to be thought about.

Yes. I think it is wrong. Because he could be lying about everything. Now you are talking on the phone. Then you will be giving him your address and then,he will come over and...well...you know.....it is either he is really a sweet guy and you have a great time! :) OR He will be lying about the whole thing and........ :0.... :_(
