If it's just a crush I would leave it alone.

Normally, I would say, 'If it's just a crush, drop it'.

But crushes can become more; so try a bit of smiling and admiration glances at him if you really like him.
He'll pretty quickly get the message.
It's then up to him.

But even then, life can be funny, you know.
He may not have considered you in that sense at all to this point; and you may catch him 'off-guard' so-to-speak.

So, if you do really like him, just stay with the cause for a few days to give him time to reconsider his initial perspective of you.
He really needs to have time to think of you in a different light.
He may appear to give you the 'cold shoulder' at first, as a defence against making his real feelings known.

So it all depends on how much personal courage and patience you have and your personal resolve.

By telling him your feelings, you're breaking the golden rule: don't date at the office. Rarely do office relationships last. And if it doesn't do well, will you still want to work with him? If you really feel you ought to tell him your feelings, do it. But it may not be the happy ending you desire. Good luck to you!

No do not tell him. It could cause problems at work and Generaly supervisors are warned about having relationships with their employees. Both of you could lose your jobs

well first of all how old r u and how old is he...if you're a teenager and he's an adult then it's a bad idea. It's probably a bad idea anyways if you have any intention of keeping this job, but if you don't care about keeping the job then I'd say go for it.

Leave him alone. There is no future for office partners. It just doesn't work out. I mean if he comes on to you, then there might be something, other than that, nothing. There are plenty out there, you just have to find the right one.

You didn't mention the age difference and future plans for both of you and whether or not he has the same fondness for you. Anyway, if you feel he's got something for you then tell him.

No, no, no....workplace crushes, relationships, etc....are usually a disaster in the making. I wouldn't say anything, especially if it's just a crush. Revel in admiring him from afar. :)
