I think it depends on where you're from and whose company you're in. I call it pee around my friends but in front of my family and children I call it a wee.

Actually, it's both. At least that's how I see it. Whenever I speak English or Tagalog, we say wee wee, but when I speak Spanish, we say "pipi"=pee pee.
It's a tie, I guess, hehe.
