i have boy friend and hes always lying to my face.its just not working out.whats the best way to tell him ?

Just tell him that he is a liar, and that you can't handle him not being truthful with you. Ask him if he loves you. When he says yes, then you say, if you really love me, you will let me go and not continue to hold onto me, while hurting me in the process.

Just tell him that you don't want to be with him anymore because you can't take the lies. Then (if you're on the phone) just hang up, or if he gets mad tell him you're sorry he feels that way. If he keeps calling you, just pick up once and tell him that the only way he'd ever have a chance with you is if he stops lying, then just hang up and ignore his calls. Don't expect him to change, but maybe it will teach him a lesson and you'll have done his next girlfriend a huge favor. You're better off without him. I was in a similar situation with my boyfriend, I broke it off, and he still calls me. It shows that it mattered to him, and he regrets it. Yet he still hasn't changed, so I just keep ignoring him. DON'T cheat on him (superdude)....
You should break up with him. I know it's not that simple, so you need to plan these kinds of things:
1) Think of what you're going to say (ex. This isn't working out. You always lie to me, and I need someone who's honest to me all the time.)
2) Plan a time to do it
3) Make sure it's not somewhere you can't get a ride home..lol
.....it seems weird but its how to do it. really.

I would say, don't even get into detail, unless he needs to know. There is no point in criticizing him on top of dumping him.
If he wants to hear why, just say that you have trust issues with him, because his stories don't seem to add up.... and maybe you are just misinterpreting what he is saying, but that just means it's a communication problem.
What it boils down to is, I'd just like to break up.

Tell him what's wrong and that u can't handle that in your relationship. If he don't change tell him u gave him a chance but it's time 2 let go.

Tell him you can't see yourself with someone so dishonest and this isn't going to work out. He will try to convince you he won't lie anymore but trust me...run while you can!
Let him know that if you can't trust him, you can't be with him and unfortunately he has proved himself to be a liar.
Don't try to sugar coat it, he needs to hear the truth...
