like mac n cheese with ketchup

I love ketchup! I'm from Sweden, and all swedes eat A LOT of ketchup (about 2 lbs/year) I know, little crazy, but I put ketchup on scrambled eggs and my homemade spaghetti and meat sauce. YUM! My hubby thinks I'm nuts, but my friend M. that is from Sweden also, eat lots of it as well. (We live in the US now)
What do you eat that would disgust people?
Another dish that is a tradition in Sweden is Fermented Herring. It is eaten in August every year. It is herring in a can that has been fermented for about a year or so. When can is opened it stinks like feces! LOL, but for Swedes that loves the smell, it makes their mouth water (yes mine too). The taste is totally different however. It is very salty. The fish is eaten on thin bread that has been prepared with butter, sliced boiled potatos, diced red onion...oh maan...I'm getting hungry! mmmm...next month its time for it. Anyway, beer is the choice of drink.
I can't wait to have it now!

Soucce ( It's like Pig's feet, Cumcumbers, Pepper and stuff in a soup)
Gee ( Animal Lard, Fat) w/ Everything
Bacon w/ Maple Syrup
Avocado w/ Cheddar flavored Pringles
Mayonnaise on Rice
Mayonnaise on my Hotdog Buns - that is seriously good
Mayonnaise on my French Fries

This is actually quite popular when tried, brown sauce spread over toast, people who never tried may not like the idea of it, i thought the same until i tried it and its gorgeous. x

I dunno if this is disgusting or not but, i dip my french fries in A1 steak sauce. Its really good, so is mustard and mashed potatoes with french fries. However I hate ketchup with fries. I also eat pizza and chicken with mashed potatoes.

The few times I have steak, I use sour cream as steak sauce.

I like corn flakes on chocolate ice cream.
I also like to add vinegar to my beans & cornbread.
I also like to put sugar in my grits.
