Salvadorean-style chicken with rice and salad. It's SO good. The chicken is really tender with a tasty tomato sauce and the rice is cooked with paprika for extra flavor and color. The salad is best with thosand island dressing. I'm half salvadorean, maybe that's why I love it so much!
