My pits stop'd growning taller at about 12 months. My 2 year old female is 88 lbs. My 1 year old male has stop'd growning in height but his face hasn't finished filling out. He has a box face and I understand it can take up to 3 years until he grows into all the skin. He's about 65 lbs. My female has a thin face and she's just about done growing into it.

I am assuming you said at what time. Dogs do most of their growing from 3-6 months, and will continue to grow at a slower rate until they reach 1 year of age. American pit bulls has a shoulder height of approx. 17-19 inches.

At about 12 months but it will slow down at 6 months. Mine got to be 90lbs
