1. Open mouth
2. Place macaroni win mouth with fork
3. chew macaroni till broken up
4. swallow
5. Reapeat steps 1-4 untill you are full or macaroni is gone

If it's spaghetti, fettuccine & angel hair, I use both. For any other kind, I use just a fork.

Depends on if it is elbows (a spoon) or linguine, fettucini, spaghetti, etc. (a fork).
