I think I would leave it the way it is. Just clean it up so it looks nice. You don't want to call attention to the chair, you want to call attention to the bride and groom. Make sure HE looks nice.

I would leave the chair as is, unless this is his idea, in which case go for it. I agree with the person who said make sure the groom looks really good. I would drape the chair in black silk or silk in the wedding colors, kind of like dining room chair covers, without the bow.

First off, ask if he minds having his chair decorated. As long as he's game, try to have the decorations similar to the decorations used for the wedding and/or reception . . . just not as many flowers. Not everyone (male or female) would like feeling as if they are a rolling floral display!

if the groom wants it decorated I say decorate the heck out of it!! if he usually sits on a pad or pillow on it, change it for the day to the wedding colors, or use a white one..use flowers in spots on it that won't interfere with him operating it...if he can still work it use tissue paper around the spokes...
