I have and idea, well a couple. 1. Do crunches everyday for the next few weeks. You can do them while watching tv, laying in bed, or just whenever you get an extra few minutes. 2. I know this sounds weird, but you cand take a trash bag, put it under your shirt, tightly around your stomach when you sleep, or do it before you go for a walk. This will make you sweat, and you lose wait quickly that way. My brothers used to be wrestlers and that is what they did when they wanted to cut weight. Hope one of my ideas helps.
