I heard it on my message viocemail on my cell phone after I missed a call. I think the area code of the phone number is in Lawrence, Massachusettes, but when I tried to call the number back (30 sec. later) its disconnected. How can that be?

They're saying "Alo, piscina central"... literally, it means "hello, pool center". It's the main office for a pool.

Well I may have an explanation...
I think that may be French and not Spanish.
The thing you heard could be "Allo, PC à Centrale" which is something you will typically hear in police movies.. Can't tell you if someone did a joke or if it was some weird noises coming from Québec but it seems to be that. It should sound like something " Alo, pay say ah central ". Meaning more or less "Hello, Unit to Headquarters" (in the sense: do you copy?).

Well piseena sounds like piscina which is spanish for pool. Central is spanish for central. And Alo I'm not sure but it could just be hello as many people say something like that for hello. So umm "Hello, central pool"? Doesn't make sense but that's the best I can do XD

I think it can be "Aló piscina central" as somene said: "Hello? Central Pool" and maybe there was a network error or something when somone was trying to contact the "piscina central"
