Maybe not an "evil spirit" but perhaps a split personality (a dark one) If your the type of person who withdraws their anger inside, one day, you'll explode and you'll be going nuts. I'm not sure if this was the best explanation, but it happens to me sometimes, and it's difficult to get back to my normal calm self.

I don't believe a person can be possessed by an evil spirit.However,I believe ,they can believe they are.It is a form of schizophrenia.They need to be evaluated by a competent psychologist-psycyatrist.Medications can also help.

I believe there are evil spirits and I believe there are evil people also. I guess it can happen.
