360 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat grease to 360. Cook for about 3 minutes but check one after 2 minutes. You can also go to the rival web site and find out. Hope this helped.

After some searching I finally found rivals website. Here is a way to contact them and ask if they can email you a new booklet or mail it to you. I had to do this with my breadmaker and they were happy to oblige.
