Why is it ok to choose to terminate one kind of parasite, and another is considered murder?

Only if you are a tapeworm. A child is not a parasite. It is a child. No one has ever given birth to anything other than a human child. Children may be surprises but not accidents.

You might, then, also say that a one-month-old infant is a "parasite." She depends on her mother for nourishment, and, left alone, she will die. Does it follow that she may then be killed according to her mother's whim?

Abortion for the wrong reasons like promiscuity and not using protection knowing the consequences is like a financial advisor embezzling money knowingly from a client. Does the financial advisor get out of it cuz he was sorry or couldn't support his family cuz he gambled the money away or was simply greedy? So there are no consequences for an abortion? I think it depends on the situ if a girl was raped then I would support it cuz it wasn't her fault but she knew what she was doing is a different story.

This comparison doesnt make sense. Whats the advantage of a tapeworm, except to do damage to your body? If someone chooses to keep a tapeworm, they are being ridiculous but if someone chooses to keep a baby then they are just accepting responsibility but choosing not to keep it is their choice and really no one else's business.
