Too many types of fish that all taste so different....if salmon, grill with lemon slices and a little bit of minced garlic
Chicken...
grilled with peppers, or
marinated in teriyaki sauce then stir fried with snow peas and waterchestnuts served on white rice, or
cooked with chipotle of dundicut peppers in a little bit of oil, add tomato sauce, red and dark red kidney beans serve with cornbread.
You can turn chicken into anything you want. I like taking italian dressing and adding it to the bag of chicken I am getting ready to freeze. It comes out already marinated and tastes great grilled, baked or cooked in a skillet with some olive oil.
All time favorite:
Marinated in light italian dressing, grilled, chilled, chopped to thin strips and put on fresh raw spinach greens with feta cheese crumbled over the top.
Alright, I have none of that stuff in the house right now and that just made me ravenous!

I like chicken baked with seasoned salt, garlic, dill and pepper and I like my Halibut fried with fish n' chips batter and my salmon? Marinated in Italian dressing and then baked for just a few minutes and then finish it off by pouring some of the dressing on the op and broiling it just long enough to glaze it well & it just starts to get brown. Yum!!

I love chicken on the BBQ as far as fish goes, I place it in a foil lined pan and slice thin slices of tomato and place it over the fish. Then cover tomato with shredded Monteray Jack Cheese and bake until done.
