okay, I am a hairdresser and this is what you need to do:Get into your wallet and buy a good shampoo and conditioner, quit buying pantene, white rain, or any of that other stuff.Paul Mitchell is one of the best products out there,so go to your salon and buy the strengthening shmp. and cond. it's white and pink.
When you get a shower, wash your hair first, and leave the conditioner on until you are done with whatever else you do in there and rinse it out. DON'T BRUSH WET HAIR your hair is most elastic when it is wet (which means that it stretches) brushing it will make it worse and it will snap more.
If you get color or hilights, then stop for a while give it a break, air dry it if you can, easy on the heating tools and rubber bands(ponytails will also cause tons of breakage) Another product to get is Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops it smooths down your hair and moisturizes it also, and I gaurantee if you buy it you will for the rest of your life. If your layers are mostly grown out, than I would shoot for a blunt cut right below your chin, and then when you get it cut, maybe you'll want to take care of it more, atleast it will be healthier. And remember always to get your
trims every 6 to 8 weeks, because it won't get longer, it will just break off more and you'll be in the same boat.
Hope I helped, and good luck.

If you follow this you will definitely see changes. Ask your pharmacists for help, I treated my brittle hair with a hair and nail supplement. Get your tips trimmed every 6 weeks. Apply a hair treatment prior to washing the hair (for example, jojoba oil) by a couple of hours, even a day if you can. Let your hair dry naturally and don't use to much styling cremes, gel, mousse etc. I have dry hair but i prefer keeping it long as its more manageable. When i had short hair i used more products than i do now and therefor it made my hair more weak.

I change shampoos and conditioners every 2 months. I feel its healthier for the hair.

you could desire to position in a couple of caramel highlights. when you have quite skinny hair don't go away it too lengthy.. medium shoulder period or just a little beneath with a host of layers, make certain you've the hairdresser maintains the entrance layers longer (ask her to deliver them again as she cuts the layers, to restrict a mushroom seem bc you've curly hair) additionally, don't positioned too many merchandise in bc it simply indicates the scalp simpler and makes it seem thinner, check out a go away in conditioner for curly hair.. check out the curl lock line.
