benchpress and push-ups lots of them. Eat a lot of protein to help with the muscle growth.

Try "Pre-Exaust", (performing an isolation exercise, directly before a compound exercise) and "Post-Exaust", (performing a compound exercise, directly before an isolation exercise)
Pre-Exaust. (no rest between "first" 2 exercises)
Dumbell flies, 9-12 reps.
Bench Press, 6-9 reps.
Rest 1 1/2 minutes.
Bench Press, 6-9 reps.
Rest 2 minutes and then repeat the sequence.
Post- Exaust. (no rest between "last" 2 exercises)
Bench Press, 6-9 reps.
Rest 1 1/2 minutes.
Bench Press, 6-9 reps.
Dumbell flies, 9-12 reps.
Rest 2 minutes and then repeat the sequence.
Do these Incline, Flat and decline, on different days (about every 4-5 days) to have overall Pectorial development, and train to failure 75% of the time.
Increase your protein to 1 gram per pound of bodyweight.
Whey Protein and Creatine are the only supplements you need.
