It depends on the way I prepare it.
Smoked...I like salmon...
Sashimi style/sushi- Tuna
fried- catfish
broiled- sole
baked-salmon.
Some fish taste better than others depending on how you cook it!

weakfish or striper----fillet them,no bones please, then cut into chunks. then bread and fry like shrimp. dip them in the ketchup and horseradish sauce. ummmmm!!!!
