If I had to guess it would probably be pre-ground. I don't think Hardee's employees' grind coffee beans in the morning.

Folger's Classic Roast - Filter Coffee, pre-ground, from Costco!
Beats any of the coffees at the cafes all over the city.

that first cup is pre-ground...I am in no shape to operate spinning, bladed machinery necessary to grind beans...unless I've had coffee

Preground Community coffee medium roast. I first drank it in New Orleans and now can get it in my local store. It always make me think of N.O. and I can almost hear zydeco music with every sip : )
