A vegetarian diet. Avoiding foods that are fried, avoiding fatty foods.Limiting red meat intake to 3 times per week. Eatting chicken/ fish- not fried. Eatting 3 to 5 servings each, of fruit and vegatables.

Eat one bowl of Honey Nut Shredded Wheat an day, for one month , then have it checked. It lowered mine to 175, I also had been taking lipator for a couple years, but it never dropped it that low, til I started eating Shredded Wheat. Eat anything with a fiber content more than 1g.
