All I can say is that with MY tricky bowels, Seafood is always the way to go. However, that being said, Shrimp Faijtas, hombre. Shrimp Fajitas.

Mackerel Escabeche. Scallops seviche. Mussels with Putanesca sauce. Paella (Spanish, not "Mex."). Grilled Swordfish with chipotle aioli. Camerones carbonado con crema fresca y salsa verde. I'm making myself hungry.

Seafood !!!! Big steamed shrimp w/ cocktail sauce, seafood salad with crackers, stuffed crabs, and mmmmmmm don't forget the Alaskan King Crab legs!!!!!
