I would like to open a home for teens who have no place else to go because of home problems and such

contact you state's human services office, local community centers, or local homeless shelter. they all can lead you or help you find out

You dont sound smart enough to start a youth home!! Do you live in the city, the county, WHERE????? You have to check the laws concerning that type of licensing in the city, county or municipality in which you wish to open the center!! Lots of Luck!! From your lack of basic knowledge you're going to need it!!

This person may be ESL (English as a second language) but really you don't need education to have a big heart.
