It depends on the state. I live in CO we cant buy Alcohol from the Liquor store on Sundays but the Bars are open until 2:00 Am. You can also buy 3.2 beer and wine coolers at the convince stores and Grocery stores until midnight.

It really does deoend on where you live. The best state to drink in is Louisiana. The downtown bars and clubs in my city, Shreveport, don't close until 6:00 a.m. You can by beer and wine on Sundays after 12:00 p.m. but no hard liquor.

yes, I used to go to the bar all the time on Sundays to watch football or the race & we drank...of course the bar didn't open until 11:30-12:00 pm.
If it's a Private Bar they can sell whenever they want.

yes. if a bar is open on a sunday, it can serve alcohol. in some states, the hours of operation are different, but that is usually all.

Most bars sell it but it is twice as much as anywhere else. Just stock up the night before.
