My understand is:
When you are seeing someone, you guys are not together like in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship; and you are probably seeing many other people at the same time as well. However, does this mean that you guys are not going to be together?? Or is this the beginning of a potential committed relationship? For a guy, what are a few things that a girl can do to either make or break the deal at this point?

When first dating someone you are in a non exclusive relationship, both parties can see and do what they want and it really is none of the other's business at this point. Sometime down the road, maybe a few months or so there may be more attraction and you both stop seeing others, then you have an exlusive relationship. But just because you're dating someone does not give you the right to indicate to the other they cannot see others. That's presumptuous, needy, clingy, insecure, the list goes on. At some point you will both come to a mutual understanding in your relationship that will develop into a commitment to each other, that only comes with time.

Dating is just that....dating around.

Just have a talk once you feel like you are close enough. For me...any kissing or more would constitute a talk about where things are headed. I mean...I wouldn't wanna be making out with a girl knowing she was making out with others.

As for making or breaking the deal - be yourself...if things happen, they happen. Don't be insecure and needy though...like.."WHO ARE YOU WITH!!?!?!?" lol
