Rollar Blading up hills.
But if you want to burn calories and get healther try swimming laps. It is better than any exersise, great for your muscles, you burn calories fast, and the water is "healing"!

Roller skating will usually burn more calories, if I assume you'd be traveling the same distance. If you're really looking to burn serious calories ... try strength training. Lean muscle burns more calories than any type of aerobic exercise ... and it looks good on ya!

Cycling 441 calories per hr and Roller Blading 477 calories per hour....your use more of your body when rollerblading.

I don't know for sure but I think that bicycling burns more calories because when you Rollerblade all you do is move your feet.

I think that roller balding deffinatelty burns more. because it takes you longer to get somewhere cause you don't go as fast, and because you get tired a lot more easily on roller baldes than you do on a bike. :)
