Mothballs will keep any animal away from an area, just sprinkle a box of them around where the cat digs. If that's not feasible gravel works good, just a light layer of gravel and the digging will be too hard on their paws.

Spray it with a little bit of water everytime it digs under the house of your house.

wait til it goes inside your crawl-space and block it in for a few days, or until its so loud its keeping you up
