Cheesecake not the cheap kind, made with real cream cheese and sour cream, baked in a springform pan... with just a light crust on the bottom.
Why is it my favorite?
The good kind is absolutely sinful...
In May my husband and I went to Vegas. We ate at the Rio Seafood buffet. They had cheesecake which would probably be $10 a slice.
He was talking to a friend on the phone when I brought a piece to the table. He watched me stick the fork in my mouth and sit there as it dissolved off the fork.
He rolled his eyes as he got off the phone, "Let me try this." He said gruffly...
Then he shoved a bite in his mouth, then paused mid bite.
He sat there....
Then said, "I think I just had an orgasm..."
"That's why women like cheesecake."
That's why cheesecake is my favorite food...

My favourite food is a typical Sunday lunch in Trinidad.Which is rice,macaroni pie,stew chicken,potato salad and callaloo(callaloo:this is a semi liquid dish made from green dasheen leaves and a mixture of other foods) and of course a cold glass of orange juice to top it off.yum yum :)
It is the way to feel truly at home in the Caribbean and it's also healthy.

Pho. If you haven't tried Pho at a Vietnamese restaurant, you don't know what you're missing. It's just noodle soup in a beef broth, but it's delicious.
For first timers, I'd recommend trying Pho Tai.
