The person with the lemon idea?

This may cause you to get a rash and skin burn, as the juice of lemon is highly acidic, and can hurt sensitive underarm tissue. . .

I don't use deodorant or antiperspirant - keeping the area hair free (shaving) and washed with deodorant soap (every day) has always kept odor away, for me. . . perhaps because I do not eat highly seasoned foods (onions/garlic) often.

In the summer, when I get more 'sweaty', I use a dusting of lavender talc, which also helps keep me dry and odor free.

Colon cleanse helps remove body toxins that linger too long in your digestive tract. Try Perfect 7 or psillium husks, powdered alfalfa or slippery elm if you rather go very safely. Anything to get the bowels moving will help. Also start taking MSM --will help all things to be rejuvenated.

You might try baking soda bath, too, or lavender bath which will help you sleep deeply.

I don't ever use deodorant because a lot of them use aluminum which is shown to cause alzheimers disease. Take good care of yourself.

God bless
