Green Source from Puritan's Pride. It's an extremely comprehensive multi-vitamin, mineral supplement, from all natural plant sources. Kind of expensive, but well worth it. The label says to take 3 a day, but I only take 1, or 2.

I'm tired of taking vitamins pills. I've switched to liquid gold Multi by Natures Plus, taste great and the quality of Natures Plus is superb.
