Each school has their own way of transferring funds. Call the financial aid offices of both schools, and figure out how they do it.

If you applied and received a private scholarship, notify them asap about your move. Some have deadlines regarding shifts such as theses.
As for your Federal Aid, thanks to the all inclusive FAFSA you aid will follow you. Make sure you find out what is directly from your current school, so you have some idea of what is available to you. Further, each schools fees and cost vary, thus the amount of aid you receive from school to school also varies. Make sure you ask your new Fin Aid office about what other aid programs that school has available to. Rule of thumb, when in doubt about school finances, ask.

Audrey,simply talk to the school to which you wish transfer aid and get their details so you can set up a Standing order your bank and cancel the other one (be nice and inform the school you are cancelling). I am assuming aid gift aid.

you get financial aid based on the school and how much it costs.
If its an independant scholarship, then just tell them that you've changed schools.
The federal aid should follow you from school to school as well
